Prezzies for Lulu

I picked up this Stamping Bella stamp, Prezzies for Lulu on the weekend to create a card for this weeks Bella Challenge. It is cut out with Spellbinders Labels 10. Colored with copic markers, and shaded with Prismacolor pencils.  I used Gelly Roll Sakura Clear Star on the ribbon, the pink present and small polka dot of turquoise present.  I added glaze with the Glaze Sakura clear pen.  I wanted a little more glitter to it as the striped paper has glitter.  So I added Glossy Accent to the larger polka dots, orange strips and topped with glitter.  Paper is from DCWV- The Linen Closet Stack.  To give the card layers, I used dimension dots under the Labels 10, Stamping Bella's best wishes, and then striped paper which is on white shimmer.  To finish off I added ribbon and gems.
